Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a seasoned leader to steer True Pay into its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, digital lending, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with the board.
  • Drive business growth through digital channels and partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and governance frameworks are met.
  • Secure funding through equity, debt, and co-lending partnerships.
  • Optimize unit economics, portfolio quality, and credit risk.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across credit, technology, marketing, and operations.
  • Represent the company in key meetings, forums, and regulatory bodies.
  • Modernize legacy systems and processes into a tech-enabled platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BFSI, fintech, or NBFC sectors.
  • Proven leadership at CXO level in a lending-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework and RBI compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in digital lending, credit underwriting, and tech integrations.
  • Track record in fundraising through banks, private equity, venture capital, or co-lending partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CA, or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in launching or scaling tech-based lending products.
  • Existing network with lenders, investors, and regulators is a strong plus.
