
High Level Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a seasoned High Level Technical Support Professional to join our team and provide exceptional technical expertise in supporting business-critical applications.
This role involves monitoring application health, handling incidents, service requests, and problem tickets, as well as performing root cause analysis and escalating unresolved issues to L3/development teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with ITSM tools, monitoring software, and database management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor application health using various tools and technologies
- Handle complex technical issues and incidents through effective troubleshooting and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain documentation for known errors, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles with a focus on high-level applications
- Strong understanding of the Capital Markets domain and exposure to support on Prime Brokerage, Clearing, and Settlement, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting for support tasks
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or ITRS
- Working knowledge of Autosys or similar job scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the Capital Markets domain
