We are currently seeking a skilled Facility Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of soft services during their shift. This key role plays a crucial part in ensuring that pending work is completed, quality standards are maintained, and various teams and vendors are coordinated effectively to ensure smooth operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Housekeeping Management:
- Ensuring housekeeping rosters and deployments are accurate, with any penalties or comments for improvement acknowledged.
- Keeping the housekeeping duty manager or in-charge updated on TR/VIP visits.
- Discussing and prioritizing housekeeping issues with the team for the shift, ensuring actions are taken and tracked for closure.
- Conducting regular facility walk-throughs to check the quality of housekeeping services in all restrooms, common areas, and development spaces.
- Vendor & Equipment Management:
- Assisting the Facility Manager in discussing vendor performance matrices on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring pantry and reprographic equipment are properly maintained at all times, taking necessary action as required.
- Administrative & Coordination:
- Preparing weekly rosters for the Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mail Room and communicating them to the team in advance.
- Ensuring all communication is documented in the Technical team/HK team log book to inform the next shift.
- Making regular facility tours and listing necessary actions.
- Adhering to company policies, processes, and procedures, as well as statutory documents.
- Coordinating with the Engineering team for any issues requiring their assistance.
- Space & Process Management:
- Providing daily oversight of the Space Administration Office, resolving space-related issues like key requests, work orders, small projects, and relocations.
- Evaluating building and space uses and determining space allocations and assignments after consultation.
- Creating, coordinating, and facilitating business processes for maintaining accurate space information.
Key qualifications include:
- A Graduate degree.
- Professional experience in a similar role.
