Job Title:

Senior Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in civil engineering, including the ability to create detailed engineering plans for land development based on calculations and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity
  • Develop Project Estimates
  • Create Tender Documents and Specifications based on Drawings
  • Conduct onsite checks as per Drawing
  • Maintain site progress through physical and financial checks
  • Ensure quality of materials and workmanship
  • Daily reporting, client communication, and site engineer coordination
  • Cross-check drawings with architecture and other technical aspects
  • Weekly/Monthly report preparation and presentation
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma Civil/BTech./Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering)
  • 1-5 years of experience in a civil-related company (or fresher applicants)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and English/Gujarati languages
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
