We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP HR professional to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to leverage their expertise in SAP ABAP development and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP ABAP Development: Develop, implement, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for HR-related tasks, including reports, forms, and custom module development.
  • HR-Specific ABAP Development: Utilize expertise in HR-specific ABAP development to enhance Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS) modules.
  • SAP HCM Configuration: Configure and enhance SAP HCM workflows, as well as maintain knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration.
  • Employee Data Management: Familiarize yourself with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.
  • Tech Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SAP SuccessFactors integration, cloud HR solutions.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and HR-related projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP ABAP development, SAP HCM, and HR-related technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
