Roles and Responsibility:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated SAP ABAP / SAP HANA professional with 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in support projects or as an SAP end user. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP technical concepts, basic database knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical support for SAP ABAP or SAP HANA modules in a support project environment.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Perform minor enhancements, fixes, & report modifications in SAP ABAP/HANA systems.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and assist in issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for changes, fixes, and support activities.
  • Apply database query skills (SQL, joins) to analyse data and support reporting needs.
  • Stay updated with SAP technical developments and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 612 months of experience in SAP ABAP or SAP HANA (support project or end-user environment).
  • Strong understanding of ABAP programming concepts
  • Basic knowledge of HANA Modelling
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and basic database
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP transport system and change management processes.
  • Ability to work in a ticket-based support environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
