As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into the company's performance.
  • Ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, maintaining seamless communication with authorities.
  • Handle tax assessments, statutory audits, and compliance with Indian accounting standards, upholding transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and auditors on compliance and reporting requirements, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, driving business growth and sustainability.
  • Provide Management Information Systems (MIS) and variance analysis reports to senior management, informing strategic decisions.
  • Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
  • Assist in foreign exchange-related transactions, mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities.
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits, upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strengthen internal control processes, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Warehouse teams for reconciliation and reporting, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse visits for stock verification and finance-related checks, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualification: CA / Inter CA (preferred), demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts & Finance within Sales & Trading / Manufacturing companies, showcasing expertise in financial management.
  • Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, GST, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS Reporting, highlighting technical proficiency.
  • SAP B1 / SAP Hana - Mandatory, Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a Japanese company will be a strong value addition, demonstrating cultural adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
