Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage statutory filings, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and financial statement preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance or a related field and 0-1 years of experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and monitoring and staying updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

In addition, the candidate will assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, monitor and manage TDS compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal or compliance issues.

Requirements:
