Private Debt Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Debt Specialist to drive growth and expansion in the private debt space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate debt financing placements.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including client business overviews and Investment Memoranda (IMs).
  • Analyze financial statements and review client financial information.
  • Design and maintain financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Coordinate lender interactions with clients.
  • Manage project plans and adhere to internal SLAs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial statement review.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality investment and credit papers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for relationship-building.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or related field.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) desirable.
