Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic debt management professional to join our team.

  • This role involves providing expert legal guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

You will oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel when needed.

A key part of the role involves conducting in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaboration is essential with internal business, compliance, and legal teams to create practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will build and maintain relationships with external legal partners and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth legal operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
