Senior Cash Management Specialist Job

This senior-level role supports and assists the Treasury Head to effectively manage treasury operations for a global platform.

  • Cash flow, banking, and credit/debit arrangements management is key to success in this position. A strong focus on cash management, banking operations, and foreign exchange risk mitigation is required.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, working closely with bankers and wealth advisors to drive results.
  • Policies, controls, and procedures development and enhancement are essential to improve operational efficiency.
  • Able to prepare and monitor company cash forecasts and cash flows, managing day-to-day banking, daily/monthly cash flow, and other reporting tasks.
  • Audit responsibilities include statutory, internal, and special audits, requiring attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Liaising with wealth management teams of banks and financial institutions to maximize returns within established guidelines is a significant aspect of this role.
  • Minimizing currency risk/foreign exchange exposure through timely hedge securing, inter-company cross-currency exchanges setup, and accurate reporting is crucial.
  • Assist in risk management and ensure all risks, including foreign exchange, fixed assets, cash, and inventory, are covered.
  • Negotiate and evaluate limits, overdrafts, loans, debt structures, and investments with bankers.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management and other systems to optimize efficiency and cost.
