Job Description:

The Treasury Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing Treasury and Cash Management operations. This position involves monitoring short-term liquidity of funds, analyzing causes for change in liquidity by gaining a strong understanding of the portfolio's financing structure and dynamics.

The individual will implement margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution. Onboarding new clients is also a key responsibility, involving gathering requirements, showcasing capabilities, and managing stakeholders' expectations through proactive communication and issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze short-term liquidity of funds
  • Implement margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information
  • Onboard new clients by gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities
  • Perform data-driven activities such as GAP analysis, mapping, data transformation, loading, reconciliation, and client parallel support
  • Collaborate with technology teams on special projects, develop bespoke reports, and implement products to enhance overall performance
  • Manage Collateral and Liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, coupled with in-depth domain and finance knowledge
  • Collateral management, financing agreements, and margin methodologies expertise
  • Experience in securities lending and borrowing, as well as optimization of portfolio financing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge of Margin Calls, Security Lending, Treasury/Cash Management, and Collateral and Liquidity Management
  • Proven track-record of handling projects and improving processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, and hands-on experience with VBA macros/Python is a plus
