Job Overview:
- The Capture Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- We seek a professional to lead the capture lifecycle, including developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies.
- Evaluate markets to identify potential opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for procurements.
- Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, drive the proposal process, and develop compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
- Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts, document lessons learned, and adjust capture techniques based on insights gained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in capture-related roles for Federal or State procurements.
- A strong track record of winning proposals in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with an understanding of cost and financials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
