Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards. The ideal candidate will have strong business alignment, advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals. This includes serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
Total Rewards Strategy:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions. This includes partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

  • Evaluate reward programs for compliance, consistency, and alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
