
Chief Quality Strategist

The QMS Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system within an organization. This involves ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards and other relevant industry-specific regulations.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting internal audits, managing external audits (certification, customer), and documenting quality procedures and work instructions. The QMS Manager must also lead corrective and preventive action processes, analyze root causes of non-conformities, and develop training programs for employees.
Furthermore, the QMS Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and prepares and conducts Quality Management Reviews. They oversee supplier quality aspects, manage customer complaints, and ensure regulatory compliance in local and international markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Diploma in a related field
- 10-14 years of experience in quality management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team of quality engineers/inspectors
- Effective communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
