Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance leader to oversee the development and implementation of our QA strategy. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our applications, data, and development processes.

This role involves strategic leadership, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure product quality.
  • Process Management
  • Design and maintain robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the development process.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree)
  • 10+ years of QA experience
  • Strong experience with application, data, and API testing
  • Good understanding of Web-based technology architecture and data structure
  • Strong database skills (SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience testing business solutions delivered on SaaS models
