Job Title: ServiceNow Capability Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate industry expertise with deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Understand the ServiceNow eco-system, company products, market trends including competitor enterprise products.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).
  • Multiply accounts management with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Drive delivery by implementing clients successfully and growing business in current accounts.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills. Ability to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment is essential.
