International Voice Process Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Voice Analyst to join our international voice process department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the BPO (Broker Price Opinion) process from start to finish.

This involves working closely with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Below are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reports.
  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents and track progress to ensure assignments are completed on time.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in International voice process (US)
