Job Overview:

As a Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our voice process. This role involves strategic leadership and effective management to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of voice agents, monitor their performance, and provide coaching to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the voice process, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Training and Development: Assist with onboarding and training new team members, organizing skill development sessions as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key team metrics, analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
