Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our internal controls and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent reviews of internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement control processes and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate the completion of mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Review and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
  • Assess all areas of risks and implement risk management strategies.
  • Support location management teams during operational and financial audits.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documents to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of experience in internal audit or accounting audit.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to perform process audits and month close reviews independently.
  • Outstanding knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
