About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Tiruchirappalli, India.

As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior researchers in daily laboratory operations, preparing and handling chemicals, gases, and lab equipment, and maintaining laboratory inventory and cleanliness. You will also assist in sample preparation, perform basic tests, and record and analyze experimental data with accuracy.

  • Assist in research projects and general laboratory experiments.
  • Prepare, handle, and maintain chemicals, gases, and laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in sample preparation and perform basic tests like pH, conductivity, and weight analysis.
  • Record and analyze experimental data with accuracy.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support our R&D team by providing assistance in various laboratory tasks.
  • To ensure all laboratory work is carried out efficiently and safely.
  • To provide excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • Prior laboratory experience is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of handling chemicals, gases, and laboratory tools.
  • Careful with details and safety procedures.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
