ROLE: Pre-Clinical Pathology Lab Executive

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the pre-clinical pathology lab operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Research and Development: Develop and implement new testing protocols and procedures to enhance laboratory capabilities.
3. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality test results and ensure patient safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or life sciences)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a leadership role
