About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Expert to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with pathology teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent LIS systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
