Key Role:

This position is a pivotal part of the organization's human resources and industrial relations strategy.

  • Human Resource Leadership:
  • Provide strategic guidance on all aspects of HR and IR.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Conduct role analysis and develop job descriptions that meet business needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Advise management and employees on labor-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead labor contract negotiations and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations through counsel and support for employees.
  • HR Administration Reporting:
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and management information systems (MIS) to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Performance Talent Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth.
  • Drive talent management initiatives to develop and retain key personnel.
  • Change Management Employee Welfare:
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
  • Conduct regular organizational surveys to gauge employee sentiment.
  • Implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
  • Industrial Relations (IR):
  • Handle labor law compliance and liaison with government departments.
  • Manage union relations, collective bargaining, and grievance resolution.
  • Represent the organization in conciliation proceedings and consult with legal counsel on labor matters.
  • Cost Effectiveness:
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives within the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR Management or a related field with HR specialization.
  • Diploma in Labor Law or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in labor relations.
