Nursing Abroad Career Opportunities

Are you passionate about guiding nursing professionals and students in pursuing overseas education and careers? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways?

We are seeking a motivated Nursing Abroad Counsellor to join our Study Abroad vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counselling nurses and nursing students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling Sessions: Conduct comprehensive sessions with nursing aspirants, guiding them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Eligibility And Admission Processes: Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams in detail.
  • Application Assistance: Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Counselling-to-Conversion Ratio: Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments by maintaining a high counselling-to-conversion ratio.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field (Preferred): Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
  • Counselling Experience: 1-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways and relevant regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Orientation: Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.

KRA & KPI:

  • Sales Funnel Ownership: Own the sales funnel for Nursing Abroad vertical.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Counselling-to-Conversion Ratio: Maintain high counselling-to-conversion ratio.
  • Follow-up And CRM Hygiene: Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
  • Student Support: Support students through an end-to-end process with high satisfaction scores.
