Requirements:

  • Strong Sales Skills – ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Effective Communication – fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Experience – minimum 1.5+ years in retail sales (fashion/sportswear preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of customer handling and product expertise.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Knowledge of sportswear fabrics and fits.
  • Familiarity with basic visual merchandising concepts.
  • Tech-friendly – comfortable using billing software/POS.
