About the Role

As a senior member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic events team in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, prioritizing financial targets and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring quality service delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations, implementing process improvements to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate event success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital event platforms, including CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, with a focus on social media and content creation.
  • Familiarity with budgeting software and tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
