Senior Event Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead a team of event specialists, develop long-term partnerships with clients, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across large-scale events, conferences, and experiential marketing campaigns.

This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership—and thrive in delivering world-class client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead and mentor the event services team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
  • Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in event management, conference planning, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format events.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
