As a key member of our rapidly growing team, you will directly impact our go-to-market strategy by supporting the Customer Success organization in preparation of resources and documentation related to client renewals including quote and supporting documentation for ongoing conversations with clients.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation including supplying teams with contract quotes and supporting documentation for ongoing client renewal conversations.
  • Analyze client data within various internal and external tools to gather supporting information needed to create documentation.
  • Work closely with employees to help identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
