Job Title: Senior Manager IP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager IP to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the growing intellectual property portfolio of our organization.

The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, portfolio management, and regulatory affairs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to identify and protect intellectual property assets;
  • Managing patent filings and prosecutions;
  • Licensing and collaboration agreements;
  • Copyright and trademark protection;
  • Educating stakeholders on best practices for protecting inventions and intellectual property;
  • Leading a team of IP professionals to achieve business objectives;
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to business leaders on IP-related matters.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in intellectual property law, combined with excellent communication and project management skills. You will also be able to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business results.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Intellectual Property Law or related field;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
