Financial Services Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage portfolio details of various private equity funds.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in managing fund portfolios.
  • Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing cash flows and quarterly/financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.
  • Track operational KPIs and provide updates on a regular basis.
  • Create/update fund track records and reconcile data using cash flow notices.
  • Perform various fund analytics, such as attribution and value creation analysis.
  • Reconcile portfolio level operational data, including geographical presence and portfolio leverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage portfolio details of various private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.

  5. Create/update fund track records and reconcile data using cash flow notices.

  7. Reconcile portfolio level operational data, including geographical presence and portfolio leverage.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree or CFA/CA/MBA/CCRA/CIIA/CAIA equivalent.
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, including management reporting or operational finance, with research experience preferred.
  • Experience with E-front, Power BI, and Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and emphasis on producing high-quality work product.
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn, and take on responsibilities as a contributing team member.
  • Solutions-focused individual who can work in unstructured environments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
