Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to drive business growth and strategic category management for lifestyle brands. This role offers high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned to business goals
  • Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability of products
  • Track consumer and market trends to curate relevant product selections
  • Drive revenue and margin growth via pricing, promotions, and forecasting
  • Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations, and seasonal events
  • Monitor competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams
  • Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in product management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred)

• Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting

• Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

• Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
