Job Title: Portfolio Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Portfolio Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to create qualified pipelines of investors for our Real Estate Fund.

Your primary focus will be on lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement. You will need to generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals, and build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.

You will also be responsible for conducting initial conversations with prospects to understand their investment appetite and suitability, educating them about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition, and scheduling meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.

In addition, you will stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities, research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach, and track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in our CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to HNI client acquisition (experience in Real Estate or Investment Funds is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
