Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked Luxury Sales Manager to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong HNI/UHNI and Channel Partner network for luxury sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build trust-driven long-term engagement with high-value clients.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+).
- Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai and holiday home belts.
- Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+).
- Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
- Skills: Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to navigate complex resale transactions, exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
