Job Overview

The CRM Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the LeadSquared CRM system, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. As a bridge between sales, marketing, and support teams, this role ensures effective use of the CRM, maintains data integrity, and delivers actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Manage LeadSquared CRM Functionalities: Align with organizational objectives by configuring, managing, and continuously improving LeadSquared CRM functionalities including lead capture, nurturing, and automation workflows.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Security: Implement quality control measures across the CRM to ensure that customer and lead data remains accurate, updated, de-duplicated, and secure.

  • Establish Efficient Processes: Capture leads, track interactions, assign leads using LeadSquared automation and scoring features, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support Teams: Align CRM campaigns, lead routing, and customer interaction strategies with sales, marketing, and support teams. Act as the go-to resource for CRM guidance.

  • Train Internal Users: Offer ongoing training and support to internal users such as sales reps and marketers on best practices for using LeadSquared.

  • Monitor CRM KPIs and Turn Data into Actionable Insights: Monitor CRM KPIs like lead conversion, retention rates, email open rates, and customer lifetime value. Turn CRM data into actionable insights and reports for leadership.

  • Develop Customer Journey Maps and Targeted Campaigns: Use behavior tracking and scoring mechanisms to develop customer journey maps and targeted campaigns.

  • Comply with Data Privacy Regulations: Ensure CRM operations comply with data privacy regulations and internal security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field.

  • Experience and Proficiency: 2–4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations; experience with LeadSquared is a strong advantage. Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation; familiarity with LeadSquared is highly preferred.

  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability. Excellent communication, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.

  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
