IT Service Management Solution Architect

Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled ITSM tool architect to lead the implementation of Cherwell, ServiceNow, and other cutting-edge tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop customized ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ITSM applications to support business processes and functionality.
  • Interact with clients and participate in discussions for requirements gathering and planning.
  • Perform onsite design and functional review before delivering modules.
  • Participate in designing meetings and consulting with business clients to refine test and debug programs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ITSM tool implementation and customization.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as Rest APIs, SOAP integration, and CMDB.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cherwell ITSM, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering high-quality ITSM solutions and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
