Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in banking device procurement, import, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate multiple available products/services in the market to meet user requirements.
  • Compare available goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost through RFP process, considering user requirements and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support User and Legal functions for contract execution from a Supply Chain Management perspective.
  • Handle end-to-end activities related to warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions regularly to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product through proper planning and ordering management.
  • Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, and maintain trackers and repositories.
  • Cost saving through existing contract negotiations with partners/agencies.
  • Raise needs for agreements (as per contracting guidelines) well in time and ensure renewals before expirations.
  • Manage imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHA, and customs departments for timely material arrangements, considering user requirements.
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing, & inventory, and Import.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure vendor PO issuance and payments on time.
  • Regularly coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.
  • Prepare and publish Inventory reports for all products daily.
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely provision of products and services.
