In addition, you will lead transformational projects in the HR operations space, perform day-to-day HR operational activities, and implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies. You will also partner with Engineering teams in India to tackle business problems and execute on organization-wide talent initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HRBP & HR-Ops experience, hands-on experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle, strong problem-solving & people skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
