Technical Support Engineer Position Overview
Job Description:We seek an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance and support to our customers. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and providing best practices on network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access to ensure seamless customer experience
- Configure and troubleshoot network solutions to resolve issues efficiently
- Manage support cases to track and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Publish technical bulletins and documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Review and update technical documentation for accuracy and relevance
- Previous experience in a Technical Support environment is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Japanese
- Expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN solutions, PKI & SSL, authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS)
- Able to independently debug complex networks with mixed media and protocols required
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team environment. Excellent attention to detail, fast learning abilities, and effective communication skills are essential to communicate technical information in a simplified manner.
