Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and streamline the delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling Management: Organize and schedule service appointments, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Team Communication: Effectively communicate job details and client expectations to service staff or technicians, fostering collaboration and efficient operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, schedules, and follow-ups, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns or escalations promptly, coordinating solutions with relevant teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Service Monitoring: Track the progress of service tasks, ensuring they are completed to client standards and expectations.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports on service performance, client feedback, and key operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory or equipment required for service delivery, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in service delivery and propose actionable recommendations to enhance operations.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all services are provided in accordance with established policies, contracts, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field (desired).
  • Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role, demonstrating expertise in handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in high-pressure situations, remaining composed and focused on achieving results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, managing competing demands while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, leveraging collective strengths to drive success.
