Job Title: Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service excellence.

  • About the Role: The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all operational activities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
  2. Monitor team members' participation to evaluate if the training they've received is being put to good use, and if any extra training is required.
  3. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
  4. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  5. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met and settling grievances that may arise in the course of work.
  6. Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
  7. Working cross-functionally to find opportunities to collaborate on process improvement, and local business objectives.
  8. Delegate different Vendor service duties to team members to ensure a faster and smoother flow of operation through division of labor.
  9. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to figure out appropriate action.
  10. Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff.
  11. Coordinate and Interact with all levels of the operation team along with all departments.
  12. Support the operation team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  13. Handling Internal Meeting related to Operational Process.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
