
Administrative Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Systems Integration leadership team, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the ongoing operation of our business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, including Operations, Service, Procurement, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal projects for the SIG office location, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and maintain current process and procedures for assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Compile and submit documentation for external and internal stakeholders, including project milestone tracking and resource allocation.
- Assist the Operations team with equipment procurement, tracking, and return material authorizations.
- Coordinate pick tickets with warehouse teams to optimize logistics and supply chain management.
- Ensure accurate and timely creation and storage of closeout as-built documentation.
- Provide essential information for customer satisfaction delivery.
- Support the Management team in the change order process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, clients, and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time, tasks, and priorities to meet assignment objectives.
- Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in an Operations Coordinator role, preferably in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related industry.
- Able to accurately read and comprehend project documents, with strong analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
