**International Sales Head Role**
Almighty HRD Consultants is seeking an experienced International Sales Head to join our team. This executive-level position requires a dynamic leader with up to 30 years of work experience in international sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement international sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Research and analyze global market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Lead and mentor the international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company and its offerings.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in global market analysis.
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning to drive international sales.
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts.
Strong relationship management abilities to sustain and expand client relationships.
Deep understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry.

**Salary:** 30 LPA
