
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Support senior account leadership in the growth of learning service sales to clients.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, including stakeholder engagement and opportunity conversion.
- Create tailored presentations and materials to support upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Lead document preparation for RFI and RFP responses.
- Coordinate quarterly business reviews and other governance activities.
- Track win/loss data and sales KPIs across the portfolio.

Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in account coordination, client services, project management, or operations roles.

- Demonstrated ability to support client relationships and manage operational details.
- Multi-stakeholder environment experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Reporting, governance, and performance tracking experience.
