Job Title: Business Development Specialist

This role is focused on establishing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence through business development initiatives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical (API process), and industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Leverage relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet customer needs and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to customize solutions and enhance customer value.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and tactics to drive growth and expansion.

Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
