Finance Leadership Role

Overview of the Position

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management. The role involves leading a team to drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Record to Report function, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure accounting, reconciliations, and reporting are compliant with standards and internal controls.
  • Manage and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks to ensure adherence.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the RTR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of R2R/RTR processes, including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
