Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned SLA Manager to oversee the management, coordination, and governance of Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating SLA issuance with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams;
  • Managing SLA signature with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers;
  • Ensuring legal documents align with project deliveries and escalating blocking issues as needed;
  • Producing and maintaining KPIs for SLA;
  • Scheduling, preparing, and leading committee meetings;
  • Collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements;
  • Initiating contracts upon deployment of purchase or in-house applications;
  • Auditing services reviews with beneficiaries and providers (covering KPIs, services, etc.);
  • Actively contributing to overall SLA governance and ensuring its effective execution.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of service level agreements.
