Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver training sessions, documentations, and hands-on assistance to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expert Guidance & Training: Deliver training sessions and documentation to business users on master data standards and processes.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on master data performance, SLA adherence, and data quality metrics.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in master data management.

  • Strong understanding of master data domains and governance principles.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
