Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of experts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Master Data solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure that Master Data solutions meet those needs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance Master Data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing Master Data strategies and improving process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
