Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDM technical lead to develop and implement data management solutions that drive business value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data models and metadata structures to meet our data quality needs.
  • Create and implement robust data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our needs.
  • Design and implement sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Establish effective metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Lead interface discussions on master data with various applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years' experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Metadata and Reference Data Management.
  • Experience with the Oracle cloud platform is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
